Phase 1 of our residential development — located at 1075 S Watkins St — was completed in Spring 2024, and select units are available now for lease. These loft-style spaces offer high ceilings, oversized windows, and flexible layouts designed for both living and working.
Phase 2 will bring 30 additional units to the Ridgedale Mill, with construction scheduled to begin in 2026.
